Replace 16mm rod with 10mm rod for radiographs
Evaluate implant position and angulation
Verify osseous width and available height above IAN

Cast is tripodized on surveyor and then transferred to the drill press to enlarge the osteotomy to 9/64"

9/64" Stainless steel rod is placed in cast
Rubber-sep die spacer applied on adjacent teeth
